I don't have a domain, can you create a new domain for me?
Yes, we can register a domain for your web business at an additional cost (ask us for prices). You will have at your disposal generic domains (.com, .net, .org, ...), special domains (.photo, .wedding, .art, .pro, .fashion ,...) and geographic domains (.es, .it, .mx, .com.ar, .fr, .co,... ). Do you offer email accounts?
Yes, email accounts are an extra service that you can subscribe if you have a domain registered with Arcadina. In Arcadina we offer you annual packs of email accounts with the domain of your website. Ask us for prices.
Can I unsubscribe whenever I want?
Yes, our web service does not include any commitment of permanence. You can change your plan or unsubscribe whenever you want.
Do I have to pay commissions for the sales of my photographs, products or services?
No. At Arcadina we do not charge any commission for the sale of your photographs, products or services. The full amount of the sale is for you. Some payment methods, such as credit card payments, Paypal, bank transfers, etc., may charge you their own commissions. These services are external to us.
Do I need to hire an external hosting?
No. Our service includes everything you need for your website and online business to function correctly, without the need to buy hosting or any other type of external technical service.
How do I receive payments from my customers with Arcadina?
Our online shop and customer area are integrated with PayPal, Stripe, Bizum and Redsys POS (the latter two only in Spain) so that you receive payment for your sales automatically in your own bank account. All you have to do is register with PayPal or Stripe, or request a Redsys POS from your usual bank, and start receiving payments from your customers.
