Arcadina is a company that develops web platforms for photographers, creatives and users in general, henceforth User. Arcadina provides in its web service the necessary tools for each User to apply current legislation. Arcadina is not responsible for the content of the websites and each User manages and is responsible for their own website.

In our application (hereinafter, "the APP"), we are committed to protecting the privacy of our users' data. Below, we describe in detail how we handle and use the Instagram data provided by users.

Our APP uses the following Instagram permissions:

  • instagram_graph_user_profile: Account information
  • instagram_graph_user_media: Media information

To connect your Instagram account with our APP, we use the OAuth authentication service. In this process, the following parameters are used:

  • scopes:
    • user_profile: Same as mentioned above
    • user_media: Same as mentioned above
  • app_id: APP identifier
  • redirect_uri: Redirect URL for the connection
  • grant_type: authorization_code (type of authorization requested)

During this process, we retrieve the following data from Instagram:

  • access_token: Generated access token
  • user_id: Internal Instagram user ID
  • get_code: Temporary code to request the access_token
  • expires_in: Expiration date of the long live user access token
  • renew_token: Token to renew the long live user access token

In our APP, we store the following data:

  • gal_instagram_user: Instagram username
  • instagram_token_{id_user}: User's token
  • instagram_token_expires_{id_user}: Token expiration date
  • instagram_media_{instagram_user}.json: Information from the last retrieved data page

Procedure to obtain permission to access the client's Instagram account

  1. We access an Instagram gallery from the management panel.
  2. We enter the username in the “Instagram User” input field.
  3. Click on “Connect Instagram” (the user requests to connect their Instagram account with the Arcadina APP).
  4. A token request is sent via OAuth.
  5. The client will see a screen requesting the connection of their Instagram account with the Arcadina APP, along with a button to confirm this connection.

Procedure to delete data

  1. We will access the APP's management panel.
  2. We go to the gallery management.
  3. We will delete all galleries of the Instagram type.

12 ACCEPTANCE, CONSENT AND REVOCABILITY

The User declares to have been informed of these conditions on protection of personal data, accepting and consenting to the treatment of them by Arcadina in the manner and for the purposes indicated in the legal notice.

As you well know and we have communicated to you throughout the present privacy policies, at any time you can revoke your data, but without affecting actions already carried out in the past, that is to say without retroactive character.
